Web version not workinf for me, seems like some static interface with no action on buttons...
Web-frontend is not working, not on chrome, ff or ie. Anyone any idea?
Web form shows only the statistics. Because your PC is not moving along with you.
Website not working for me either (on Chrome). But, as long as it works on Android it's not that big of a deal. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon. Maybe my country isn't supported? I'm from Belgium btw.
How can i connect to strava?
Did you ever got it to work? Can you tell me how?
I'd like to connect with Strava as well.
Hi everyone - thanks for your interest! The Strava-Fit integration is not live yet, but will be in the coming weeks. Thank you!
Hi Michelle, What about garmin device integration.
Yeah, Garmin Connect has a public API, so the data could be sucked in
Garmin and Strava are must have
Michelle. My strava log in and google + login emails are different. Will that matter. Will I still be able to link fit with strava?
If you are a fitbit user please request integration with google fit on the fitbit forums. Can't post the link but do a search
are any of the connected apps working
Hi Ben, our partner apps have not yet launched but they are coming soon. Hang tight - thanks!
Pebble integration please. ..
Yes! That would be nice!
that's sounds a very good idea
I'm in with this too
+1 for Pebble

Does it work with my iPhone?
Now that is funny lol
Not an iPhone, but if you have an Apple II with a 5 1/4 floppy, maybe! (Apple's last good product) :)
I would guess it will in time, but I'd guess that there needs to be some behind the scenes working across lines to make sure everything is ok with Apple before launch.
Neither the Android nor the web app actually save entered height / weight info.
No support for swimmers?
Swimming works just fine with my Sony experia z1 compact
Jawbone support, please.
Not syncing with the Google Fit app that was pre-installed on my LG G Watch - should it be registering my steps on the phone app? I'm using an LG L90 running KitKat...
The same problem exists for me with my Moto 360. The sync doesn't appear to be 2 way. The steps from my watch get replaced by the steps from my phone no matter what. I don't take my phone for walks. I had well over 1000 steps to disappear from my watch once synced back up with the phone. This app is a huge disappointment!
My LG G Watch is syncing my steps just fine to Fit on my tablet. I don't use carry my tablet either, so I rely on the watch mainly to count steps. Are you looking at the Fit "activity" time or actually looking at steps? There's a difference.
I'm looking at the steps mainly.
I'm having the same problem on my Moto 360. I go for a run with just the watch, come back and it only shows the steps I had with my Note 4. Am I doing something wrong?
yeah same problem here. The steps from my watch get overridden by the steps on my phone, which defeats the purpose of having a step counter on my watch. I guess I have to uninstall fit, but I really was hoping either I was doing something wrong or there was a work around as I like the ability to see steps on the web. Have you found any solution?
Are you able to have multiple users for one Google account, or will each person need a separate account?
Struggling to connect runtastic
Hi there, the Runtastic integration has not yet launched but is coming soon. Thank you!
Thanks for Runtastic support. After i installed Fit app, all my data at my wear lost... Any options to recovery?
Hi Hemi,The Wear data import should take a couple of hours to finish. If it hasn't happened for you yet, could you let me know? We can debug further to see what's going on.
Hi gmoura,Still no data sync/recovery
Quite useless. Doesn't sync with Android Wear or register from the pedometer on my Galaxy Note 3
My LG G Watch is syncing my steps just fine to Fit on my tablet. I don't use carry my tablet either, so I rely on the watch mainly to count steps. Are you looking at the Fit "activity" time or actually looking at steps? There's a difference. As for the pedometer on Note 3, that's probably not going to be imported by Fit...at least not for now. I think Samsung needs to look at opening that up a bit, or at least allowing a better integration with Wear.
Doesn't sync the right way for me either. My Note 4 always overwrites whatever steps my Moto 360 logs.
Please update your country list for Location Reporting. Cyprus is not in and that makes using apps like this a PITA. Same with Google Now and many more apps. Why do I have to jump through hoops everytime.
will it work if i dont have any of these devices
Swimming, elliptical, weights and horseback riding deserve their own activity and not be lumped under "other".
I agree, that "Other" could be a bunch of stuff, more choice would be cool.
Will it be able to work with the Xiaomi Mi Band?
Any plans to tie into Garmin Connect, MyFitnessPal, or Withings?
anybody lucky with Garmin fr620?
I got a Moto 360 which is already collecting this data. Do I need this app? Can I use this app to view my health data collected by my watch?
The app seems to cause your "history" to be lost, but going forward it collects the data. It shows a section for Heart Rate, but I have an LG G Watch (no heart rate monitor) so I'm not sure if it's working now or not.
Can you add Inline Skating support?
Will it connect with Training Peaks?
When will it connect with My Tracks?
Integrated with #Xiaomi #MiBand?When translated to #Russian?
Remove "hl=en" in URL for local language on Google Play. Or change "hl=ru"
May i know what are application enable with google fit API in play store.
Runkeeper Anyone ??
glad to see that my ICS Android Phone available to get those apk.cupuwatu resto tempat kuliner khas jogja
again horse riding not included
Beware! Do NOT install the new "Google Fit" app on your phone if you use your 360's step counter or heart monitor. Once you install the app, the "card" in the 360 that will show you how many steps you have walked is removed. You can still say "show my steps" to see the count, but the always-available card is no longer available. In addition, installing the app wipes out your step and heart rate history data! Uninstalling the app gets the card back, but your data is just gone. Not a good first showing for Google Fit. The Apple health kit looks a year or more ahead compared to this thing.
A comment above (from a Google employee I assume) says the Wear data import just takes time. http://officialandroid.blogspot.com/2014/10/google-fit.html?showComment=1414560787908&m=1#c6608588972078595860
I already did it... everything is missing now in my moto 360... no previous data
There should have been a beta tag attached to this app. I wish I had read the comments before installing it and using it along with my Moto 360.
Yea, I agree with Shedrick, the app should have said BETA and given the lost of history as a caveat. I wasn't too upset since I had already lost my history from switching phones, but still. Anyway, it shouldn't take long for them to restore your "Always Available" step card. We didn't really have that in the LG G Watch, until you reach at least half of the step goal, but it was as simple as tapping the Fit icon on the watch to bring it up. But now we have to resort to the "show my steps" voice command (or tapping and scrolling down to it).
Is anyone having problems with the Moto 360 recorded steps being overwritten by the steps recorded on their phone via the Fit app? It's driving me crazy. I go for a run with just my watch and it shows 8000 steps. I go back to change and pick up my phone and suddenly my steps are back to 2000 steps -- in other words, only the steps registered by the fit app on my phone. Really frustrating!
What about connecting with garmin?
Fitbit integration please?
Hello, I have an app published on Google Play, that records GPS tracks for mountain bike / road bike rides.Where can I find a tech doc to perform an integration with Google Fit ?thanx! :)
it is not possible to connect with Endomondo :(
Would like to see endomondo too
Ive been trying to connect my endomondo account too but with no avail so far. I hope they fix that soon.
I can't seem to get this to work at all on my Nexus 5. Location reporting is on! I walked around staring at it, no steps. I left it in the background, no steps. Do I have something wrong?
I think steep counter is wrong. Today I woke up with 212 steeps (unless I'm sleepwalker).I see on chart activity on hours when I sleeping, charging on desktop or using my phone in bed.I try delete this mistakes, but there are not an option to delete or modify a specific data. Only admit clear all data.
The step counter on the Wear watches have always been flawed. I only expect a minor improvement at launch for the phone based app. The nice thing is, it doesn't force you to choose, phone versus watch, like on Samsung Galaxy Watches with Samsung phones.
I'm not using wear watches. The data is from my phone.
Rode my bike into work today, didn't show up on the circle, going to assume this isn't ready for prime time yet and hope for an update
You may want to restart the phone and watch. I wasn't getting good sync either, until I did that. Now I'm seeing activity captured by the watch (steps) AND activity captured by the mobile device (timed and location).
+1 on ColinAlso rode my bike today. Google Fit doesn't show any activity. Really too bad!I expected this kinda stuff to work flawlessly; That is how Google/Andoid got my trust in the first place. So keep it up, and make this Fit stuff work without hassle. Also like to know if there wille be a sync with MyTracks.
PS: Just using Nexus 5 on Lollipop final preview. No smartwatch.
The Fit app on my Gear Live is not syncing with Google Fit on my phone (Galaxy S5 Active). I am not getting my step count or heart rate from my watch on my phone. Pretty worthless for launch
Strange. I've done 2 rides and both have shown up in fit.
I don't trust in google phones i heard that the stay with your information so thats why i am switching to Huawei phones
I get an error message that says "could you download account information". Anyone else see this? What's the fix?
All I know, is Fit is the worst app release I've ever seen from Google. It's not even Alpha level, much less beta.
I have to ask. Who at Google thought fit was anywhere CLOSE to being a product that should be released? I've used it two days now, and for one, you can ONLY see data for today - not yesterday, and even then, the data I see on the website is over 6 hours old from what I see on my phone! This is "alpha" level. Not even close to Beta, much less a release candidate!
I have to agree.
I just got an update for Runtastic which enables sync with Google fit as per the changelog but I cant find how to connect the apps anywhere...I don't see the option in either app. Runtastic is signed in to Google but when I go to Google Fit settings it shows no connected apps or devices..
You need to connect from the Runtastic app;Settings -> Partner Apps You should see an option to connect to Google Fit. I just tried it out on a walk, looks like the integration is working perfectly :)
Thank you but it doesn't appear under partner apps for me for some reason. I'll look into it. It must have something to do with my account.
Impossible to set weight and height! No Ok button. Doesn't stay put :(P.S: What sensors on our phone does this app make use of?
Question:Many of us sync activities among apps. For eg., I sync my runkeeper GPX data with strava and vice versa. In this case, how the data will be handled? specifically to avoid duplication of stats from same activity.TIA for answering.
Can we have strava and garmin integration ASAP. Otherwise, its no use. And will it manage duplicate activities?

what about Samsung wearables??? I have the Samsung Gear Fit - would love for it to sync to Google Fit!
My smart pedometer cant sync with my galaxy grand duos just because it is android 4.2.2. When is the update Android 4.3 coming out? :(
This was the worst battery hog I've ever seen and because of that (and lack of Strava integration) I deleted it after 1 day. Are there any plans to make the pedometer optional or any other ideas for making it more battery friendly? Seems like an app that tracks activity isn't very useful when it kills my full battery after just 5 hours walking around at work, especially when I usually get 24+ hours on a charge. Can't keep track of how active I am when my phone is always plugged in.
