Same here I get a message in play store not available in my country (Canada). WTF? Come on Google. Its cold up here! We're tired of getting shutout on US only apps and services.
I stopped following @GooglePlay because of all the US-only spam. Now retweeted by @android. Please setup a Google Play US twitter account for stuff like this.
More and more I am tempted to leave the android ecosystem, since because I live in a (european) country without that ecosystem... Can't buy nexus4/10, no books, music, magazines, a lot of apps are not available, like this once, but there are more. Fix this google, I love the idea of Android, but I also want a descent ecosystem.

I used to have this on my phone in the UK and randomly got removed. Now you're relaunching it in the US only? WTF?
